I’m Rachel and welcome to my Award Winning Business – RJ Fitness and Coaching based in Malvern and Worcester, Worcestershire.  I help women 40+ feel confident, capable and connected.  We use the outdoors to share experiences together, whether that’s a walk, bike ride, trail run, yoga session or simply climbing a tree and feeling like a child again.   
 
If you’re a woman over 40 in Worcestershire who has always found exercise a chore, loathed PE at school or sport unwelcoming or unfriendly, then you’ve come to the right place.  
 
Here you will find a fun, friendly and welcoming space that helps you feel confident, capable and connected.  When you have a group of likeminded women around you, it’s amazing what we can do together.   
 
So whether you are looking for an online or face to face class, activity or programme, indoors or outdoors, it’s all covered.  Why not share one of our small women only group walks on the Malvern Hills, or maybe you’d like to try a beginners cycling or running programme.  Our online stronger for longer club will certainly give you plenty of natural movement ideas to help you build exercise and movement into your lifestyle.   
 
I also have a small private women only studio in Malvern, where I run all of my personal training, workshops and small group activities.   
 
I have over 20 years of successful experience, working with all ages.  You’ll find a community of likeminded women here.  We all love a good chat, enjoy sharing the outdoors, being sociable, spending time together and there will often be tea and cake too.  
 
Experienced, passionate, nurturing and full of creative ideas, I can guarantee you a personalised approach whatever your goal.

Latest News

We’ve created a lot of wonderful memories together so far in 2026.  We’ve been walking the Windrush and Wardens Way in the Cotswolds, I’ve started teaching yoga classes, we’ve shared a sunrise or two on the Malvern Hills and our stronger for longer club has continued to grow.  

My small group women only walking holidays and retreats have taken us to Dartmoor, Wales and Dorset.  Many of these holidays sell out on my VIP Newsletter, so if you want to be the first to hear about them, then sign up to my VIP Newsletter (at the bottom of the Contact page).

What's on from April 2026

Most of my one off outdoor events and activities are on Eventbrite.  So make sure you head there, follow me and set your notifications on. 

All of my 6-8 week face to face programmes will be under the relevant activity.  So head to walking, cycling or running sections of my website.  

Every month my Stronger for longer club, has a new theme and includes TWO live classes every week.  You can sign up at anytime and cancel at anytime too.
