Welcome to my 10 days of Movement Snack Challenge, helping you to bring about positive change with your lifestyle through bite sized movements.

What is a movement snack?

A movement is simply bringing more variety of movement into your day.  From a reach, to getting low, to balancing on one foot and climbing over things.  It’s all designed to bring more variety into your day through simple and quick movements.  It might be that you suffer with low back pain, hip pain, shoulder stiffness or lack of range of movement.  These movements will help you identify the gaps in your movement routine and help you feel less stiff, but also improve your health and fitness.

There are 10 days of different movements for you to try with a new one each day.  Each movement lasts no longer than 10 minutes.

With a welcome video at the start, together with your handy downloadable worksheet you can get going as soon as you sign up.  The aim of this 10 day challenge is to ultimately help you feel better in your body, move with more ease and feel stronger as you age.

Once you have signed up, I will pop you a welcome email with information on how to access the resources and then it’s up to you to get started and work through them at your own pace.  You will get access to these videos forever too, so you can always re-visit them, whenever you like.
