This is an 8 week road cycling programme that aims to build your fitness, stamina and strength to cycle your first 100km. The programme will start on Thursday 2 April 2026, 9.30-11.30am and will be every week (except Thursday 16th April) in different locations around South Worcestershire including Malvern, Pershore, Upton Snodsbury, Bishampton and Worcester.
Our graduation ride will take place on Thursday 28 May 2026, so please make sure you are able to make this date. It also doesn’t matter if you can’t make all of the sessions.
