Welcome to 360 Fitness Pilates (Strength) On Demand.
Fitness Pilates focuses on a series of movements that uses total body, 360 degrees. It uses the fundamental Pilates techniques in a way that helps you move better, build core, leg, glute and shoulder strength.
During the workouts we often use dumb bells and a Fitness Pilates ball. But you can of course improvise with things you may have at home.
You will find 10 workouts in the library to help you get started. Every month 2 new workouts will appear for you to try.
From September 2024 there will be a live 45 mins class every week which you are invited to join and included in this membership. This class will keep the same exercises each month with opportunities for you to progress each week at your own pace. Don’t worry if you can’t make the live as all classes are recorded and shared here in your dashboard.
Who is this membership/class for? This membership is suitable for those with some experience of lifting weights, so you will have a intermediate level.
