Welcome to my new 6 Week Walking and Lifestyle Programme

Starting on Thursday 13th November, 9.30-11.30am.  And every Thursday, 9.30-11.30am until Thursday 18 December.

Do you feel breathless on hills?  Or feel like you’re always the slow one?  Maybe you avoid hills altogether and feel unsteady on uneven ground.  You’d baffled by strength training and don’t know where to start and frustrated with low energy, lack of motivation, overwhelm and stressed.

This is a new blend of programme where you get to benefit from my knowledge and expertise as a PT and Natural Movement Coach, as well as my knowledge and experience as a qualified Walk Leader.

Over six weeks, you’ll build physical strength, improve your stamina, and find calm and confidence through walking, outdoor exercise, and simple lifestyle habits and tools.

You’ll learn how to use nature as your gym, your breath as your guide, and your mindset as your anchor. My aim is to help you move with confidence (indoors and outdoors), feel stronger in daily life and have a clear road map on your future happier and healthier self.

The course includes:

* A 2 hour group session every week (4 outdoors and 2 indoors)

* A 6 week personalised walking and lifestyle plan

* Techniques to help you feel confident uphill/downhill and on uneven ground
* Ideas and guidance on technique for simple strength exercises outdoors
* Guided transformational lifestyle workshops to help you plan your healthy, confident future, as well as find ways to feel more energised, recover more quickly and daily tips for movement and wellbeing
* A journal to encourage you to reflect and track your progress
* Exclusive What’s app group with only 4-6 women to give you the support you need, be your biggest cheerleaders, encourage you and keep you accountable
