Welcome to my new 6 Week Hill Walking and Building Strength Outdoors Programme
Starting on Thursday 13th November, 9.30-10.30am. And every Thursday, 9.30-10.30am until Thursday 18 December. It doesn’t matter if you can’t make every week, as there will be PAYG options each week too via my Eventbrite page.
Do you feel breathless on hills? Or feel like you’re always the slow one? Maybe you avoid hills altogether and feel unsteady on uneven ground. You’d baffled by strength training and don’t know where to start and frustrated with low energy, lack of motivation, overwhelm and stressed.
This is a new programme where you get to benefit from my knowledge and expertise as a PT and Natural Movement Coach, as well as my knowledge and experience as a qualified Walk Leader.
Over six weeks, you’ll build physical and mental strength and improve your stamina, through hill walking and outdoor exercise. You’ll also benefit from weekly strength and lifestyle tips to do at home.
You’ll learn how to use the outdoors and hill walking as your gym. My aim is to help you move with confidence and feel stronger in daily life.
The course includes:
* A 1 hour group session every week
* Techniques to help you feel confident uphill/downhill and on uneven ground
* Ideas and guidance on technique for simple strength exercises outdoors
* Transformational lifestyle tips for strength and movement and advice to help you find ways to feel more energised and recover more quickly.
* Weekly prompts to help you reflect and track your progress
* Exclusive What’s app group with max 8 women to give you the support you need, be your biggest cheerleaders, encourage you and keep you accountable
Hill Walking and Building Strength Outdoors is my new 6-week programme for women over 40 who want to:

Walk confidently and comfortably on hills (up and down) and uneven ground 
- 
Build strength using 10 outdoor exercises on a walk. These will also be recorded for you to try at home or on your own walks. 
- Understand how short bursts of walking, mini movements and strength based exercises on a walk help to create simple daily habit shifts and ultimately transforming your lifestyle.
- By the end of 6 weeks, you’ll feel stronger, steadier, and more in control — outdoors and in your everyday life.
