Welcome to the Stronger for longer club
This is a monthly club NEW for 2025. There are 3 live workouts for you to join every week, all of these are recorded and available on your dashboard.
What’s included in your membership:
- 3 live workouts every week including:
- Mondays at 9.15am (Monday mobility and mindset) 30 mins
- Mondays at 6.15pm (Movement Strong) 45 mins
- Thursdays at 1.30pm (Practical healthy movement habits) 15 mins
- Access to a whole library of previous strength workouts, lifestyle challenges, mini workouts, webinars which will be constantly growing.
- A monthly group coaching call which will be on the last Tuesday of every month at 1pm. This is designed to help you review your successes, celebrate together, give you accountability, as well as ask me any questions and advice and set goals for the month ahead.
- Exclusive access to our What’s App group – you will also be given exclusive access to join the Stronger for longer club (SFLC) What’s app group.
- Exclusive discounts on face to face activities e.g. Run Club, Mountain Biking and Walks.
Every month will introduce you to different strength and mobility exercises, together with mindset, motivation and practical every day natural movements for you to try at home. The aim of the club is to build your skills with different movements that help you feel stronger, more flexible and feeling positive with a clear goal each month.
You can dip in and out of the workouts as they suit you.
How does the payment work?
Once you have signed up to your first month, your payment will then be collected every month. You can cancel your membership at any time which will of course then lose access to the membership area and all the resources.
