My 1:1 coaching is designed for women over 40 who want personalised support with movement, strength, and lifestyle habits during peri-menopause, menopause, and beyond.
I specialise in women’s health and love getting to know you as a person. Everything we do together is tailored, because no two women are the same.

Many come to me disliking gyms or having never enjoyed exercise at school. Together, we change your approach to exercise and movement completely.

Weight loss may happen naturally as a result of feeling stronger, healthier, and more consistent, but it is never our sole focus.
