Running

I offer a range of small group women only walks in the Malvern Hills, Worcestershire, Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Forest of Dean and Wales.  

I also deliver a range of 6-10 week walking programmes for women.  These are designed to help you feel stronger and more confident on hills, improve your fitness and stamina and we’ll often work towards a shared goal. 

Sometimes it may be focused on a particular walking skill e.g. map reading and navigation, empowering you to plan and enjoy your own walks.  

We also take on challenges together.  So far we have completed the Malvern Hills End to End, Worcestershire Way and Cotswold Way in 2024.  

In 2025 we are taking on Gloucestershire Way and Wychavon Way.  

We often share walking holidays together and have so far visited Dartmoor and Wales together. 

Our small group women only walking holidays for 2025 include: 

July 2025, Dartmoor (2 places left).  

October 2025, Dorset (2 places left)

Women love to join my small group walks because they want someone else to do all of the route planning and logistics for our days away.  They love stopping and sharing views, stories and walking at a comfortable pace so that we can discover new places together.  

We love to share mindful moments on our walks, learn some fun facts along the way and best of all you’ll meet a great community of likeminded women who often become friends.  

Women Only Walks 2025

Whether you're looking to blow the cob webs away, improve your fitness or simply soak up those amazing views, then come and share a walk with other likeminded women in a small and supportive group.

There are usually two walks to choose from every month. These are usually in the Malvern Hills, Herefordshire or the Cotwolds.

I also offer pop up shorter walks linked to themes e.g. bluebells, foxgloves, Christmas or a sound bath.
