
This month, we’re absolutely thrilled to celebrate the incredible Kay — a true inspiration and a shining example of what’s possible when you make small shifts in your lifestyle, your health, and your goals.
When Kay first stepped into PT sessions with me, her goal was clear: she wanted to feel stronger, more independent, and better equipped for daily life. From lifting compost in her garden, navigating uneven ground confidently when walking, to lugging heavy suitcases for her next adventure (and trust me, she’s been on a few – Thailand, Madeira, the Azores, the Faroe Islands… just to name a few!), Kay was ready to take back her strength.
And take it back she did.
What’s changed for Kay?
Since we’ve been working together, Kay has made huge progress:
- Increased strength and stamina (hello, waterfall climbing on holiday!)
- Improved balance and flexibility (stepping off high verges without help)
- More confidence in her body and movement
- Lower blood pressure
- Reduced BMI and weight
- And a rediscovered love of pushing her limits
In Kay’s words:
